When The 519 began planning for FABARNAK, we made it a priority to establish a menu that is delicious, adventurous, fun and ethical. We wanted to get people thinking about the food they eat and its impact on their lives and environment.

Our current menu is below, and at least 60% of everything listed is sourced from local farmers and producers - that's kind of a big deal!
